'I LOVED this place. The staff responded to all of our needs. We had a medical issue and they went above and beyond to assist us amd constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. Enrique the front desk manager was amazing. The place was so clean and staff so nice and helpful. We are already planning our next time to visit and sending the property link to all of our friends. 'My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.'

'The property is so cute, the rooms sit up on a hill and the beach is down below. They have golf carts to take you to and from, which is so helpful. You can walk along the beach about 30 minutes to west bay which has great restaurants and beach clubs! '
'Excellent location. Very safe, clean, and staff did very well. Room bathroom and toilet needs fixing and upgrade fixtures. Water pressure was not good at all. Hope they fix it properly.
