'Most of the staff are asian exchange students who mean well, but don't know what they are doing or don't know the english language well enough to help you. Who ever is managing the staff is not around to answer their questions. The actual buildings and grounds are very nice.'

'Spectacular views from our Pretty Hollow room of the Smokies. Very clean and elegant property. Dinners and breakfasts were pretty good. Staff were helpful in planning our river tubing and hiking to waterfalls adventures.'
