'Heerlijk gegeten. Fijn geslapen en genoten van het ontbijt. De bediening was voortreffelijk. '

'I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

'We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

'The hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend!!'

'Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly...

'Prachtig historisch onderkomen. Goede bedden, schoon.

'Large space room. Good location. Kind staff.'

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. '

'Voorziening waren niet als op de site'

'Camera estremamente grande e spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Rifiniture deliziose. Personale molto accorto. '

'Everything was wonderful. I loved the location and the property. Francesco was great!'

'Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.'

'Great oasis near L'Aquila center. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff.'

'Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.'

'Moderna e pulita, colazione grandiosa!'
