'I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. 'Our stay at S31 was great. The building is incredible and the rooms are modernized, but still have the original woodwork. The Village gate is close with great restaurants and boutique shops. The neighborhood is full of history and a great place to take a late night walk. Although there is not currently a dining area at the property, they have great snack options for enjoying in the room and great local wines. 'My room was so lovely, with a comfortable bed, a nice view of the city, very clean, and quiet. It's a great location for exploring the city - walkable to good restaurants (I loved La Bola), the GeVa Theater, Planetarium, and many good coffee shops (Albunn was fantastic). This hotel just has so much more character than a chain. Highly recommend! '

'We couldn’t get good sleep be cause of the loud humming sound. We asked for room change for second night and front desk immediately assigned us new room at the ground floor. The sound was less loud in the second room.'
