'Host was notified of an issue within 1 hour of arrival and never got a response from the host the entire stay. Ended up fixing issue myself because constant water running from toilet was driving me crazy. Cobwebs in corners and bottle caps from previous guests on the floor. The wieners drawn on the bathroom mirror was a nice touch. If you are looking for a cheap place with low expectations this is the spot for you.'

'Overall, a great place to stay. A few quirky things, like no paper towels in the kitchen and nowhere to hang your clothes.'

'Booked stay on a Tuesday, we were 1 hour away and they texted on Friday that they did not have a reservation for us because they double booked. Had to find another place to stay while on the road and they also have not been helpful in the refund process. I have had to reach out to Vrbo support.'

'Loved the location, easy in and out to two of the major routes; quick drive to the Landing. Condo was clean and setup perfect for two, easily could accommodate 4 people. Overall great experience, will consider booking here again.'

'This was our tenth stay at this property. Needless to say, we enjoy staying here. It as a hot tub and privacy that we enjoy. The proprietors are close but not intrusive. We love everything about this property! It even has a carport for our car! We like to bring our meals with us and not have to have the expense of eating out. There is Walmart and Aldis within a short drive and it is very handy. Thanks to Richard and Bambi for another nice stay!'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was exactly as pictured. Had a wonderful stay.'

'Fantastic location for everything we wanted to do in Branson. Place was clean and just as shown on the listing. Would definitely stay here again.'
