'Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. '

'We took a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday. We've ve visited Rockaway before but never stayed here. Its a great little beach town. You can walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy, it was clean and quiet. Two beads and a futon, with a full kitchen was great! Doller general was right around the corner so. It made it easy to grab a few things the kids forgot to pack. And a good family resturaunt just north on Pacific coast hwy. '

'I really enjoyed my stay at Salt and Cedar. This is a lovely condo and the views are amazing. Everything was just as described in the listing. It was immaculate and pristine. The bed and bedding were comfy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kitchenware was in great shape. I had just about everything I needed to prepare meals and enjoy my stay. 'Bath towels put away under sinks wet, provided beach towels in master bathroom wet and smelled terrible. Dust pan full of dirt set on pantry shelf, garbage can had trash in it with no bag, only right side of stove worked making it difficult to cook more than one thing at a time, stove exhaust fan doesn't work, Coffee pot old and slow so it takes forever to brew a pot of coffee. 2nd story balcony railing extremely wobbly and unstable forcing us to keep kiddos off of balcony., Bunk bed downstairs...

'Property was exactly as advertised, which isn’t always the case. Only hiccups were a faulty kitchen sink faucet (just need a screw tightened) and ice maker dispenser (still made ice but had to grab from freezer drawer and froze up). I would suggest a table and chairs on the upper deck so that folks can enjoy the ocean views and hang out with food and beverage. '

'Great place to stay, right across from the beach! Unit 4 does not have a full fridge as pictured, but it was still doable, and the apt is very nice overall. It is a little noisy when other people are staying there, but they do give you earplugs for sleeping. '
