'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Wonderfully situated near shopping and restaurants. Loved the concierge and the lady @ the breakfast kitchen. They were so helpful and so welcoming. We’ll def be back to stay here when we visit the area in the near future!! I didn’t get their names and i should have. '
