'Older home. We did encounter a rodent problem which made using the kitchen impossible. Storing food safely was an issue. Minimally stocked kitchen. Half bath downstairs. Two story with three bedrooms. One full bath upstairs. Very comfortable beds. Floors are extremely noisy and creaky which made sleeping without interruption difficult. 'Extremely clean house with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. The host was extremely attentive to our needs and answered all of our requests/texts within minutes. We appreciated him and will stay here next time we're in the DC area. '

'The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...
