'This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was...

'Awesome property and great stay for our family whilst visiting family. Lots of space inside to roam; sunroom & toys for kiddos were thoroughly enjoyed! Check i/o was a breeze, very responsive hosts, safe neighborhood, large backyard nice to stretch legs & ramble with kids before dinner. We would stay again and definitely recommend!'

'This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint.'

'Great place and awesome location with very nice dock. The boat ramp was not useable for us (needed lake up a couple of more feet to get our boats in) but overall the place was outstanding with good parking area for trucks / trailers.'
