There was no receptionist on site in the evening when we arrived, but the online check-in was very easy and the communication with the property was excellent. Most tourist attractions are within walkable distance, but the property does not have a designated parking. 'De verwachting was een 4 sterren hotel, maar het is meer een goede bed & breakfast. Groot nadeel was dat de kamers gehorig waren en het personeel ook niet altijd de kennis had om ons verder te helpen. '

'Great location in the historical center, close to restaurants and main attractions. While the room was facing a busy pedestrian-only street [Republicii], with live music and full of patios, the noise wasn’t a concern once the windows were closed. We booked the largest room for 12 nights and we haven’t had any issues during our stay. Staff was very friendly, collaborating swiftly once contacted through messages, regardless if it was late in the day. The room was cleaned daily and new towels...

'Great to have a place near Piata, entrance was a bit old and expired but inside of was fine. Price and accomodation matches. We had a good time in Braşov 👍'
