Vrijstaand huis goed gepositioneerd in een woonwijk in het centrum van Fiumicino Country meters afstand van de zee, de belangrijkste straat, een eethoek en alle voorzieningen die de stad te bieden heeft. Openbaar vervoer naar alle richtingen net aan de deur stap, op 5 minuten afstand van de luchthaven en 5 minuten lopen van de oude Romeinse sites van Ostia Antica, Haven van Claudius, Necropolis van Porto, en zeer dicht bij twee winkelcentra.
Het huis is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met een grote tuin en terras met barbecue en eetruimte in de deur heb je een volledig uitgeruste keuken, familie en eetkamer, slaapkamer met badkamer en een slaapbank. op de eerste verdieping twee slaapkamers twee badkamers, en een gang toegang tot het grote balkon. Dak is een solarium.

I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Fasco was great as usual he was very helpful in getting information to us this was a great adventure for us being the first time in Italy. It was very nice that we could stay there the second time for a couple days before we caught our flight back to the states

Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local.

We needed a place to sleep (were there for less than 8 hours) while traveling to and from the airport with the 6 of us. Everything was as described. Host was wonderful(a pleasure to talk to in the morning, helped us get a taxi back to the airport, was incredibly responsive to and available for questions). I might recommend arriving during the day to better understand the house and neighborhood. I am sure it was safe, but I would not have felt comfortable on my own traveling from airport via taxi to this location after dark.

Fausto is a great host. Don’t get fooled by the outside. House is quaint with good sized rooms. The downtown strip in the canal is great. If you want a little quieter place than Rome and close to the airport this is the spot.

The house was adorable and our host, Fausto was great! Provided us with so many extras and was very welcoming. He was very communicative and was genuinely concerned about our happiness and comfort. Highly recommend! Approx 10 min ride to the Rome airport with a lot of restaurants nearby as well as very close to the beach.

The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. There were many good restaurants nearby, especially near the canal. Communication with host Fausto was excellent

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! Fausto met us when we checked in and gave us a quick brief on the home and the area and was very accommodating. The home is a short walk to local restaurants, shops and the water - we were only there for a day, but did a pretty good amount of exploring. The house has a huge gated yard and a view of the water from the rooftop terrace. The bedrooms were good sized and clean, as were the bathrooms. The air conditioning in the first floor bedroom needs to be replaced and the wifi upgraded (we were unable to connect at all), but overall this was a great house. He even had wine, snacks, beer and breakfast goods to purchase if you didn't want to leave the compound.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this spacious Villa. Our host, Fausto, was very welcoming and very helpful for any questions we had. He was very quick to respond to any email sent to him prior to our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable. We felt very safe staying in this gated villa with a huge outdoor living area. Large three bedroom villa in a seaside town with exceptional space and an amazing host Fausto. Rooms were large in size, the house had plenty of amenities, and there was a garden area and a womderful solarium where you could see the water. Fausto was so helpful and knowledgeable, and truly made the experience unforgettable.

Fausto was amazing. Let us check in early, provided breakfast, and called us a cab for the next morning. If you need a place to stay near the airport you can’t get better than this. Plenty of room and the rooftop has views of the sea. Perfecto!! Grazie mille Fausto!

Overall, Fausto was very helpful. We stayed 9 days during the hottest July in decades. The house is not set up for that. The property is lovely but it is 2 story. The a/c is tricky along with the appliances which are in Italian. There is no book with instructions on how to use the oven,washer, a/c units, which differ from room to room. The airport is also the train station and the taxis do a brisk business charging app $20-30 euros to go to and from there or anywhere else that might be too far to walk. The River front shops and restaurants are great, as we’ll as the pharmacies. You can take the bus but it doesn’t run on time. Almost everything is closed on Mondays and then when it reopens on Tuesday….well, not everything reopens. Fausto was very helpful everytime we called and he came by almost everyday to water the plants. He did rent a car and took our family on a very important visit to my family’s ancestral home. We of course paid for the car, insurance , gas and bought him lunch with a gratuity too. That was very kind of him. I would just recommend staying for 3 days or less and not in the heat.

We needed one night close to the airport before leaving Rome. The unit was fully stalked with enough for a quick breakfast. Located minutes to a minimart and many restaurants. It had an old Italian charm to it. The owner was so nice. He even had a mini bar system going on which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

The house is only a 10 minute walk from the beach or a wide twangs of restaurant options. Fausto was a wonderful host and was very helpful with a couple of taxi pickups we needed for our trip. We would stay here again!
