Mooi terras op Rome

Het is een unieke maar comfortabele omgeving van 33 vierkante meter, met een groot en aangenaam terras waar u een aantal leuke momenten van ontspanning kunt doorbrengen. Het appartement is echt stil en is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een aangename vakantie. Het bevindt zich in de wijk San Giovanni op de laatste en 7e verdieping van een Umbertino-gebouw op een paar honderd meter van de basiliek van San Giovanni in Laterano, de Scala-kerstman en zeer dicht bij het Colosseum en de Domus Aurea, die ook te voet te bereiken zijn. De buurt is vol met winkels, restaurants, bars, patisserieën, winkelcentra en supermarkten, het is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, metro A en C (in 10 minuten bereikt u Piazza di Spagna, 15 in de Vaticaanse Musea, op 10 minuten van het Circus Maximus en keizerlijke fora) op 300 meter van het appartement zijn er vele buslijnen naar het historische centrum, 15 minuten naar de basiliek van San Pietro, 20 minuten naar de Appia Antica en de Villa dei Quintili.

Honeymoon

Such a beautiful gem! Truly a magical place to start our honeymoon! Pictures showed exactly what to expect- although the balcony is so much more special in person!! My husband and I had no problem navigating to the popular attractions and got to have a wonderful meal in the restaurant below. Giulia was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. When we come back to Rome, we will be sure to come back and stay again!!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Right next to the metro. Very easy to ride. Great quiet neighborhood with not too many tourists. Phenomenal cheap restaurants nearby all within ten minutes. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The only drawback is the worlds tiniest sketchy elevator. Apartment on the 7th floor. High ceilings means lots of stairs if you so choose. Host is extremely responsive and very helpful.

Perfect apartment!

We needed a one-night stay in Rome before our cruise, and this apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed - very clean & comfortable. The terrace was an amazing treat! Our host helped arrange transport from the airport, and again to the port - which was a huge help. Check in and out was easy and stress free. Wish we could have stayed there longer!

A great spot!

My wife and I traveled to Rome in May of 2025 and we could not have been happier any place else. This location is in a quiet, but easily accessible part of the city. It’s located within a block from Rome’s Metro station and after purchasing a 48 hour Metro pass, we were able to hop around and get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. This apartment was just the perfect place for our stay and the leader was quite helpful from beginning to end.

Cozy and romantic- great location and local restaurants!

We loved this cozy apartment. It’s on the smaller side but was perfect for the two of us! The balcony was heavenly! Spent many nights enjoying wine on the balcony surrounded by the beautiful fragrant flowers, mini lemon tree and orange blossoms! Great little pizzeria right downstairs! Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment - amazing terrace - great amenities

The host was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. You felt like you were in the "real" Rome and not surrounded only by other tourists. Shopping was great nearby. It was great having an elevator and washing machine. But the best part was having breakfast on the Terrace every morning.Traveled as a solo woman and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay in this appartemen a lot. The terrasse is as big as the appartement itself. This wasn't such a big benifit now in winter time but should be very joyful in the warmer seasons. But nevertheless the heating system was working perfectly. The appartment is well equipped and very well located. We just missed some wine glasses since we've been in the number one wine land of the planet :) The small elevator was very usefull and made it pretty confortable to get to the seventh floor. The host prepared a lot of very good tips for shopping, eating etc. in the neighbourhood.

Honeymoon stay

The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. Lesson definitely learned! But I messaged the host and her mom came with her key. We were back in within 20 minutes. Very happy with our stay. We’ll remember this trip forever.
