Property managers Mariel and Karla are excellent, always available and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and terrace is beautiful. They keep the rooms very clean and make a delicious breakfast and it’s clear that they have 5 star training. Without them, this property wouldn’t have the appeal it has.
Somethings we wish we had known: The family room has windows that look onto another building - there is pretty much zero sunlight. There is no laundry, no lobby and no front desk - so as long as you are ok with that. There is also no car access to the front of the building - you have to walk with luggage down a long cobble stone street where the uber will drop you. Not possible if you have mobility issues but also surprising that this isn’t mentioned more visibly. Also the terrace is only accessible by a very steep staircase which is also not for anyone with mobility issues. This is basically several rooms/suites in a Roman condo building in a great location near fountain of trevi.
