The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
It consists of: 


Kitchen equipped with: dining table, electric induction hob, refrigerator, moka for Italian espresso, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
A double bedroom equipped with: air conditioning in the summer, double bed, clothes stand, smart-tv.
A room for common use equipped with: air conditioning in the summer, sofa bed or double loft bed, ideal as a sleeping area for additional guests.
A bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer.      

Finally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. The wi-fi connection is guaranteed throughout the apartment, excellent for smart-working.
