The size was greatโฆ and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. The area is pretty quiet with a few cafes restaurants etc. The french cafe was deliciousโฆ great cappuccino and croissants etc. The location is about 25 min walk from many of the main attractions, piazzas etc. so youโre likely walking at the beginning and ending of the dayโฆ we would go out and not want to take the hour round trip to charge a phone or changeโฆ so we just stayed out all day.
What could be betterโฆ there was no body soap in the shower (should be a minimum requirement for an overnight stay). No heatโฆ we were there in early Novemberโฆ so it was chilly. So you wonโt likely โhang out in the roomโ. Itโs a private aptโฆ not a boutique hotel. Simple finishes and experience. Seemed expensive for the experience.
I would book closer to the action next timeโฆ so if you need/want to charge a phone or change your clothes, itโs not a hike.
Getting keys, paying the additional taxes was easyโฆ manager was easy nice to work with.
