Dear Sir during these holidays there is a big problem with electricity and many jobs on the street as you as seen, work in progress due to change of water company and electricity company, it is not our fault, we apologise for the problem but your room has been the only one that needed the reset of the system.today we have checke d the systems and averything runs well non hot water problems. Dear Sir the elevator has been renoved, the day before too much rain in the electric system damaged all. We changed to you one room with upgrade in suite. You have remote control for air conditioning and eating system you have to decide what switch on or off, it depends from your decisions on remote control. about shower, it has been checked and hot water was ok just wait one minute for hor water not more. it runs well at the moment. about external services we are not responsable for taxi or drivers, it is external service.

it is very strange for the hotwater because you have to wait 35 seconds after open water because it needs time to arrive in room.thank you for your feedback

no servibar because guest did not pay never it!! and after covid pandemy we closed it.hotel renoved in 2009 very moder furniture.sofà bed is clear that isn't a comfortable bed it is for 3 and 4 child. quadruple room, you have also a very comfortable king bed for 3 people!

dear sirs40 meters suites with 2 large beds extralarge shower, suite superior i am not in accord with you also about cleanings i have checked it before check in!

dear sir one large suite for 4 people is very cheap at this rate in Fiumicino in High season!, extra large shower is inside no doors! you are not right! 2 meters for one meters extra large shower! elevator is for people! for the guests! and 20 euro for 4 people with luggages 4x4 25kg each is a very gift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!taxi costs outside about 80.00 euro!! for one transport to the airport!

we are sorry but that was the only room the last we have available, we will renove it as soon as possible but we have only one like that and it was for your reservation at last minute after an airport strike!

We have shuttle service on request euro 20 per trip 2 people with luggages.available during day.we have 3 restaurant at 20 meters far from the Hotel, one chinese, one sushy, one international one bar for breakfast and one poizzeria take away and on the place. Gas station is only far 100 meters, it is nearby the Hotel

last week our connection wi fi was of duty due to work in progress on the street as you has been look with your eyes. it is not our fault.air conditioning was ok and running well but weather was cloudy and cold and it works starting from 23 degrees not under it.respect your planet! the earth.

Dear Sirs we have ready systems for hot water but it needs 20/30 seconds to be hot. it is for the safe energy consum.The earth before! respect your world.

Dear Sir about covid rules we cvannot put in the room any fridge, microwawe, coffe machine.multiple pillows in the wardrobe of the room.soap in the bathroom and amenities too.cheap rates at the momentyou could ask for a suite room with max services and cost.
