camera pulita e ben tenuta, uniche aree di miglioramento lo spazio doccia piccolino se sei di corporatura medio grande e il non avere a disposizione il telecomando della TV, ma correttamente non avendolo richiesto non so se avrei potuto averlo in tempi brevi. Posizionato in modo eccellente per chi vuole visitare il centro di Roma senza dover attendere i mezzi pubblici. Intorno è ricco di ottimi bar per la colazione e la velocità dell'host nelle risposte è efficace

The location was easy to find, as well as the instructions to get into the room. However because the buzzer is sometimes down to open the door, I would be cautious coming at night, once you are checked in you get a key. The place was extremely clean and their cleaning lady was very helpful. The hosts reply quickly to msgs. They allowed for earlier check in which was extremely helpful. We loved the area is was situated in, tons of good restaurants nearby and there was the train station 4 min walk away that allows you to get anywhere. Would recommend staying here.

Great place! You share with two other units. And a shared kitchen. Really great rooms. Small and shower is tiny. But the location, courtyard, and rooms are nice!

Die Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Haus hat eine perfekte, zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, und bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche an, in der man auch einen Kaffee trinken kann. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und die Betten sehr bequem. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed the location as it was close to all the attractions we were interested in and had some great restaurants nearby as well. The room was perfect and we were able get good nights of sleep before heading out to see the city every day! Thanks!

La ubicación es bastante cómoda. Muy cerca de lugares que hay que visitar y también cerca de Metro. El departamento es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Muy recomendable!!

Quaint and Quiet

Our second stay in Rome during our trip was very nice. This place made it more enjoyable because the building and the area, while still near many historic sites, was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was a great asset as well. I would recommend it

Antonella was nice and arranging. The room was perfectly place and you will love the ice creamer at the corner of the street. The mattress was tough for us. I recommand this room.

A safe place, clean. It is what we needed to sleep and take a shower. We advise to learn public transportation, it is not to close to main points of the city. The owner is a very nice person.

Ok for one day

The property building it’s very impressive, however once you get inside there is no room to move, very tight space and even smaller shower. Biggest drawback- I was under the impression that we will have a living room with the kitchen, however the kitchen is at the end of the common corridor. Great location, clean apartment, it worked for us because we only needed a place to sleep.

Roma!

Excellent location, many shops and restaurants nearby. Located on a busy street but on you stepped inside the magnificent wood doors into a gorgeous courtyard, all street noise disappeared. The room was small but decor was nice. Shower was small but excellent hot water. Most rooms in Italy are smaller so this was not an issue for us. The kitchen was down the hall and shared with two additional bedrooms. It was well equipped including a traditional Italian breakfast. Antonella the owner is delightful. Very helpful, even arranged a private car to pickup at train and deliver us to her charming bed and breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful cosy apartment

My husband and I spent two nights in May during the Internazionali di Tennis. The room is gracious and spotless. Perfect for 2 person. The spacious kitchen is separate from the room and is shared with two other bedrooms, at the time the other rooms weren't occupied. The kitchen has all you need for breakfast with complimentary coffee pods, biscuits, jam and all you need for a continental breakfast. The fridge has dedicated shelves for each room. You can easily cook lunch or dinner. Antonella, the owner is really nice and willing to help in case you need anything. The location is perfect, a residential area away from the tourists, but just around the corner of Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City. I really recommend it!

Excellent location, close to public transport, restaurants, Spanish steps etc Room was clean, some issues like no hot water in the sink were dealt with by the host. The shower is very tiny which could pose a challenge. Checking in was a nightmare though. The host was supposed to send me an email the day before with self check in instructions which she didn’t. When we got there we were completely lost as we had no access inside the main building entrance. We only got in when somebody opened the door and let us in. Once we got in we had no idea where to go. Fortunately I had the host’s phone number and called her and she responded with a WhatsApp message and instructions on how to get the keys from the lockbox and which room was assigned to me. Needless to say it was very stressful for us in a new environment. The host needs to make sure she communicates better. That is the reason for three stars for staff and service otherwise it would have been higher

Idéalement placé

Excellent accueil d’Antonnella, qui sera à votre écoute et vous propose même de vous réserver un taxi pour votre arrivée et votre départ. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour faire tout à pieds.
