' one of my key card bugged a little bit and i couldn't get in the room for few minutes. the shared shower was a bit iffy to look at the ground is old , otherwise the property is very nice and old victorian features '

'The position is perfect for qudos and Accor also it has a convenient store down the bottom if you are going for an event make sure you book parking with quest. 3 bedrooms was perfect we had 4 kids so 2 single for 2 rooms and a king for the adults.'

'The whole hotel experience is ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary, some barely warm. The restaurant menu was not particularly interesting - but the pricing was incredibly expensive. We decided bar snacks and they were fine, but again ordinary. Honestly the hotel feels pretentious - and needs to upgrade its product across the board to meet the expectation.'

'I booked this Hotel due to it's close proxomity to Accor for (State of Origin 1) The confusing part for me was where to check in as it's a Hotel/Pub so you walk into the bar and basically find a random staff member who will take your details and give you a key (I can't even remember the last time I used a key for a room and not a swipe card) The location itself I didn't realise until after I checked out was quite close to Homebush station so fellow travellers keep that in mind. 'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you.'
