"- Propere nette kamers. Dekens waren te dik > misschien dat hotel kan kijken voor iets dunnere dekens voor de zomer periodes. Vast tapijt was niet zo proper > veel ingedroogde vlekken. Badkamer was wel heel klein. - Personeel was heel behulpzaam. Konden antwoorden op vragen. - Goede locatie > dichtbij het MAS en het Eilandje. - Mooi verzorgd hotel. - Ontbijt was miniem > eigenlijk zelfs weinig variatie voor de dure prijs."

"À la lecture des nombreux avis, nous étions un peu inquiets avant notre séjour. Plusieurs commentaires évoquaient un accueil peu chaleureux, des difficultés à communiquer en français, un manque de propreté, une mauvaise insonorisation des chambres ou encore un emplacement peu pratique. Notre expérience a pourtant été tout à fait différente. Nous avons séjourné à deux adultes et un enfant de 5 ans, et nous avons été très satisfaits. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable. Le personnel de la réception parlait français sans aucun problème, s'est montré très aimable et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits soucis, mais ils ont été résolus immédiatement et avec beaucoup de réactivité, sans la moindre difficulté. Nous avons également apprécié l'accès à la piscine jusqu'à 22 h pendant les deux jours de notre séjour, ainsi que la salle de fitness, qui sont de vrais atouts. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et notre expérience ne correspond absolument pas aux nombreux avis négatifs que nous avions lus. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"Prima kamer en schoon hotel. Heel goed geslapen, heel stil en prima bed en douche. Goed voor 1 of 2 nachten! Geen waterkoker op de kamer wat jammer is als je ff een kopje thee wilt zetten. Wel een nespresso apparaatje."
