'Nice property with a great beach. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the mornings and the beach in the evenings. Good snorkling, great coral reef if you wade out a ways.'

'Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.'

'This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! '

'The place is right near the beach you can walk there, There is a grocery store, gas station, bank and restaurants near by. Place is clean it has a pool, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bed sheets for your use. Nice balcony, people are friendly and is quiet . The transaction with the owner was easy with all the instructions for getting in at the gate. I rented this place 3 times and it was great . '

'This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby. '
