Vind je ideale hotel in Rose Hill Acres

'The room was so huge! It's almost like they chose the huge size of the rooms and then filling them was an after thought. The space at the entrance of the room could fit a kitchen that they seemed to just think "nah, let's just leave it super open". The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was standard. This was just a stop for us on a long road trip so we didn't use any amenities and we left super early in the morning before breakfast was even open. '

'Erg slecht. Het schijnt dat het hotel onder water heeft gestaan. Het hotel is niet opgeknapt sindsdien. Er ligt zelfs geen vloerbedekking op de vloeren in plaats daarvan loop je op beton.'

'We only stayed overnight, but the room was very clean, the hotel itself had an odor, but overall, it was a nice place. '

'My check in was great, the gentleman who assisted me was kind and courteous. My room key had to be redone every time I left the room, unsure of the reason, it was remedied as it occurred. I chose this hotel because of breakfast, however the 2 days I was there, none was offered, waited till 6:20 each morning (breakfast starts at 6am). Location was close proximity to food and entertainment. '

'The room smells musty and the bed squeaks so loudly when you roll over or get up'

'Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them.'

'They do NOT offer a shuttle service to/ from the airport. I called from the airport and asked for one and the reply was “We don’t have a driver.” I asked at the front desk and received the same reply.'

'positief: personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, goede bedden negatief: gehorig indien je een kamer aan de kant van de snelweg hebt. Hotel is wat verouderd. Qua comfort en ontbijt is het hotel gemiddeld minder dan wat ik van de Hampton inns gewend ben.'
