'Property was a nice location to visit family in Jacksonville and friends in Medford. It was comfortable, quiet, bright and cheery. Would have liked a little more storage, somewhere to put my suitcase besides the floor or a dresser to put my clothes in and then tuck the suitcase away but it worked. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice as well but again it worked out. Nice open parking and beautiful views.'

'This is my 2nd stay here. The first time i was traveling solo to visit family in this area. Kathie, the host, was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was pleasurable. This 2nd stay, I brought two of my sisters as we were having a Sisters' Reunion with another sister who lives nearby. Once again, Kathie made our stay so pleasant that we will recommend her adorable "cottage" style apartment to others. She is a wonderful host!'

'My husband and I LOVE visiting Ashland frequently. We have stayed at MANY of the surrounding Hotels. THIS place, BY FAR, is our new fave. It is quiet, private and so very lovely. "“Please be friendly to the ones that showed up” Imaging paying $100+ per night and this is the first thing you see walking in. Overall this hotel felt dirty, smelled weird and you hear people walk the hallway all the time (earplugs are necessary!). Worst of all is the uninterested clerk when I called them, I left something in my room and after contacting them (only by phone, there is no email address) he was just completely unfriendly and was just being silent. Just pay a little more and stay in another hotel in Rosenburg!"
