We looked forward to stay in this hotel, even booked an extra night before, direct with them. Reception was very unwelcoming, only one guy behind the desk who had to welcome the guests and answer all phone calls. Not his fault, but from within his arrogant bubble, he also did not seem to bother. Finally our turn to check in, pretty efficient. Since we arrived a bit earlier than expected, we asked to have dinner 30 mins earlier than booked. Was impossible because the restaurant was full, according to our "friend". When arriving in the restaurant later, it was half empty... We went up to our room, which appearerd to be different from the pictures we were shown when booking it. We booked a Superior room which appeared to be standard and small, by far not so creative as what the pictures "promised" us. Moreover, it was freezing cold. When going down for our dinner, we asked our "friend" at the reception to fix it and he promised to send someone from the restaurant (?) up. After our meal we double checked with our "friend" again and were promised a warm room. When we came in it was still freezing cold! Went down again to ask for some warmth and for another room but our "friend" said we would experience the same in any room. Apparently all hotel rooms are freezing cold. He promised us to send someone. This time a technician came, knowing the problem and offering us nextdoor, an even smaller room but WARM! We moved, no discount as this small room also was "Superior".
