'The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre. Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds.'

'An attractive modern complex. Our studio was clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. We were disappointed the reception staff didn't tell us about the free bus and the bus stop 2 mins walk from the door. It only takes 5 mins into the mid city, where you can swop to other free buses. '

'Easy walk to all activities we were doing. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Clean room and bathroom well stocked. No view from the room but we were not there long enough to be concerned. Many buildings near by closed and full of graffiti which makes the area less desirable but in time when the buildings around are redeveloped it will improve. Minor negative was only one pillow per person so no pillows to place against headboard to sit up in bed. Perhaps this will change soon....
