This VRBO is pretty close to Greenwich Ave. and Arch St. I am talking a 20 minute walk so it is an easy location to get to shopping and dining.The unit was very clean. 'This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00...

'The check in progress was very smooth and easy. The location was close to new york and a lot of good restaurants which was very appricated the only thing i would say is that the place didn't have the best air conditioning and we were forceed to sleep in the living room but that wasn't the problem for our group but overall expirence was very good'

Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. 'We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well.
