'This is a very nice appartment wich has everything one needs for a beautifull vacation. The house is clean and has all neccesary equipment including dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is new and the hot water supply is fine. It even has a second shower at the outside of the house. There are several terraces so there is always a place with sun or shadow (as you wish). The house is located near the beach Cala Llombards, which is about 400 meters and 5 minutes walking away. This is a beautifull...

'Met ons gezin met drie volwassen kinderen hebben we een week genoten van dit vakantiehuis. Behalve het meer dan volledig ingerichte huis, hebben we vooral genoten van de enorme buitenruimte om het huis heen; lekker schoon zwembad, vijf ligbedden met paraso;s en bijzettafels, aparte bbq-plaats, meerdere zithoeken/lounchesets, inclusief dakterras, hangmat. Voldoende (grote) handdoeken aanwezig. Kortom een aanrader. Je hebt wel een auto nodig.'

'Einfach nur gut und empfehlenswert. Es wäre aber für Gäste, die keine Ahnung von der Wasserqualität haben, einen Kanister Trinkwasser bereit zu stellen. Das wäre ein super guter Service!'

'We had a perfect 10 day break at Villa Sylvia. Location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, a little further one way to cala egos, 20 minutes walk in the other direction to cala dor. And 5 minutes car journey into Porto Petro. The pool suited our teenage boys great. It’s huge! With a large private garden. The villa itself has been modernised to a lovely standard. All bedrooms were a generous size and air conditioning worked great. Raquel the owner / host was very good and contactable...

'La maison est très bien placée pour rayonner dans l’île à la journée et de belles plages à proximité! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Le jardin est très appréciable avec sa douche extérieure en plus des 2 autres douches. intérieures. A conseiller sans réserve!'

'Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und war sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Lediglich die Poolliegen sind veraltet und sollten erneuert werden. Die Baustelle nebenan besteht immer noch (mit Außenarbeiten). Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht besonders gestört. '

'Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, top ausgestattet und sauber. Das einzige was wir bemängeln würden sind die Betten, mit 1,40 m etwas klein für zwei Personen und schon in die Jahre gekommen und quitschen.'

'A wonderful villa, good remote location for peace and quiet, and local town only 2 km away for all your shopping needs!! Villa was well equipped, great layout and fantastic air conditioning!! Pool was great and wonderful outside area providing plenty of shade for those hot days!! Would definitely come here again!'

"Fijn en mooi hotel. Vele faciliteiten. Ondanks de omvang was er nooit het gevoel van drukte. Goede ligging (dichtbij luchthaven en bij Palma). Het hotel ligt in een uitgangsbuurt en de nachten kunnen rumoerig zijn, maar dit stoorde ons niet! "

"The hotel was good but big and massive. Limited floor plans to reach the room in a maze of corridors with several elevators. Searched for a long time for the room: no service with luggage to reach it. Corridors draughty. No good information in the rooms where the different parts were located. Limited possibilities for smokers. Snacks were only available in a limited area on the windy corner. You could not take these to the smoking area, you were not allowed to eat there. My daughter got seriously ill, no opti4esw to extend the room. Layed on a couch in the hallway for 3 hours. Doctor had to give injections in this draughty hallway.... Room was fine, but no overview during our stay for the rest in this hotel. You really need a car here. Breakfast next to skybar, noisy, overcrowded with waiters who ran up and down and had no overview. I finally got coffee at the end of my breakfast. "
