'Great stay'

'The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. We used it...

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. '

'I have always booked and paid for the day before I show up just in case I roll into the area before the 3 pm check in. This was no different from other times I’ve booked hotels. Except the manager told me that’s not how hotels work and for lack of better words, called me stupid for being a “no show” and not letting the hotel know I was showing up after the 3 pm check in on the 6th, so the receptionist said they sold my room that was already paid for when I booked through Expedia and the manager...

'Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. '

She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast!
