'I got the hotel and I fully understand why my friends referred to me this place!! I did late checkout and they help me at the front desk so perfect!! Thank you'

'The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice.'

'Checked in no room phone to call front desk. Pull out couch had no sheets, blankets or even a pillow in the room. I called - we are out of blankets and pillows. What? Went to the pool area no towels. Back to front desk to ask for pool towels, I get bath towels but can't mix with pool towels so i was asked to bring them back to the front desk when done. the front clerk said again we have no blankets or pillows... I said I am confused you allow rooms with pull out beds but can't prepare for it?...

'DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE! The only thing worse than the service is the amenities. This place basically offers a bed and a shower—and even those fall short. There was no hot water, no extra blankets if you get cold, and the entire place had a strange, unpleasant smell. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.'

'When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel. '

'We stayed on a Friday and the reception was chicken fajitas and tortilla soup. This has happened to me before. I don’t care for Mexican food due to spices. It would be nice to have a second opinion! Offer a non Mexican soup maybe or a better salad than spinach.'

'Room smelled like smoke, we went to our first room and there was already a couple in the room when we opened the door, second room the door wouldn’t unlock. Very out dated.'
