'Had an amazing family vacation at this hotel. Unless you are planning on staying at the hotel, I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. The hotel enterance itself is long, therefore walking can take a while. The drive from San Juan airport is about 35min, El Yunque is about 17min drive, Old San Juan was about 45 min drive. 'The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.'

'Calizo is so beautiful! It felt safe as most didnt know, or would drive by the locked entrance lol. The pool/jacuzzi area is gorgeous, especially at night. 'We can’t wait to come back! Amazing views of the the sunrise and beach. We stayed in a king bed suite with an ocean view - the balcony is really roomy. Restaurants are within walking distance, just 3-5 minutes. We had a rental car, the parking lot made things so much easier. The hotel also provides beach towels. Highly recommend going to Sama - the restaurant right next to the hotel, it was excellent. Pricier side but worth it. '

'If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area of Fajardo, you won’t regret staying here. Affordable!! but also nice rooms, lovely staff, really clean room and bathrooms and they provide coffee and water bottles in the room. The only thing I would add is a long mirror in the rooms.
