'It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away. '주차장 이용이 편리하고, 체크인/아웃 또한 간편합니다. 아울렛/월드 등 이용하기에 매우 용이하고, 기장 권역 다른 지역으로 이동하기에도 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다.
아파트형 레지던스다 보니 특별히 더 설명할만한 부분은 없고, 유일한 불편한 점은 체크아웃 시간대 (10시~11시) 엘리베이터 이용이 조금 어렵습니다.'

'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late.
The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'

'Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room.'

'The appartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, but the service and comfort is nothing like adverised.
First of all, after booking you receive an email with the information that check-in details will be distributed 48h upftont. I did not receive anything, so 24upfront I contacted the property. The chat option is a bot and omly speaks Korean. Via de homewebsite you can reach a human, that translates to English. Their policy is to email the details at 11am on the day of your stay? 'Because it is not a hotel, the service wasn’t great. But the size and amenities in it were excellent enough to compensate for the lack of service. If you’re traveling with a family or friends, it is a great deal much more than a hotel because of its size and and amenities and ocean views. I would say it’s about 1700 sf for us.
Highly recommend.'

The room that i was booked has a living room and a balcony which can have a sneak peek of sea view. The location is very good very close to the train station and convenience stores are nearby. Recommended for people who come to Busan!'
