We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

'Room was clean but there were stains on the fitted sheet and a pillow cover. Not a biggie, nothing a little bleach can't fix, but, still quite obvious. The bed was the best part of the experience, it was comfortable, huge and the pillows were supportive and not paper thin. The AC is a gangster. 'Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.'

'I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again.'
