'This is a great condo that has such a good view of the ocean from the porch. My wife and I both really enjoyed our stay. Kathy also helped accommodate us with a crib for our 8 month old son which was a huge help! I would recommend staying here.'

Only small negative is being right next to the beach club pool. Music can be loud, but during our stay it stopped at 10. Honestly didnt bother us. We sat on patio with cocktails and enjoyed the music. View from patio and master bedroom are amazing.'

'We stayed at the condo for a quick spring break trip and absolutely loved it! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw numerous dolphins! The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 guests. We would definitely come back!'

'Fripp Island is a fantastic getaway!! Would certainly recommend. Only problem was the elevator was non-operational for the final two days, but the stairs to the garage worked just fine! An excellent location on the beach, plus the golf cart to use all over the island was exceptional! Will be glad to return and use again in the future!'

'This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing...

'Harbor Island is one of the friendliest and most relaxing places we’ve visited. Community pool overlooks the marsh. Very nice dog park. Great hosts. Spacious condo with very generous starter amounts of everything you need. Easily cooked for our family. Saw many alligators and nesting egrets from the balcony. Binoculars help!'

'Though we arrived in the last week of March and the weather was chilly, we loved our time exploring Fripp Island. The golf cart was an added bonus to visit the deer each evening. The condo / island location is private; yet close enough to area attractions and day trips such as Hilton Head or Savannah. The condo itself is spacious enough for a large family. We enjoyed our stay very much and I have shared information with friends about Fripp Island and Little Frippasea ❤️'

'Great location. The tennis courts and paddle ball courts were not noisy (I was worried about that) but was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nicely done and most importantly, the place was clean. A bit of wear and tear here and there, but cleanliness is so important and this one was clean. Towels and bedding felt great.'
