'Transports parked in parking lot, had to listen to back up alarms and air brakes as they tried to maneuver as I was trying to sleep. Uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Over priced for what you get.'

'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...

'We arrived in our room to see that the mirror was broken off the wall. I had to call down to the front desk to drain our bathtub after taking our first romantic bath together and pull the plug out wasn’t offered a room change nothing. Asked how to work the Chrome cast got told they don’t work and he’s not in the mood to help me when I asked the front desk. The spa was overcrowded and dirty teens vaping into towels, a couple I’m 95% positive was having sex in the pool easily 150+ people maybe 200...

'The gym is being renovated. The upstairs fitness room overlooks the renovations and looks awful and smells so strongly of paint, plaster and dust, it made me and my husband feel sick after 10 minutes. I had to leave and walk outside for fresh air. The brunch is not as good as it used to be. The butternut quiche was awful and the salad dressings are not the same. Awful. We had 6 people for brunch. Too bad. I used to love this hotel. Beds are comfy. Rooms clean. Staff nice and efficient....
