'Place d’Armes is not only incredibly beautiful, but in a prime location in the French Quarter. The staff were helpful and so lovely. We stayed in a room without a window, and it was everything we needed. The bed was cozy & comfortable and it was very clean. I will stay here again next time we come back to NOLA. Highly recommend. '

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. 'Loved everything from our check in to our valet Mckenzy. So close to everything with a beautiful view that I just couldn’t believe. They have turtles in the swimming area, beautiful & chic luxury vibes all the way. We were so close, that we were able to return home all day multiple times with no trouble. We didn’t even have to use any taxi service! 15 min walk from Jackson Square, beautiful scenic views. I just couldn’t get enough! 5 stars all the way.'
