'Definitely kids kind of place. I don’t know how any hotel can keep up with the wear and tear of children. It’s pretty visible.'

'the Sheers needed cleaning, the bathroom door stopper fell off the wall, there was no back to the TV remote, no battery backup for the alarm clock.'
