'This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.'

The unit receives virtually no outdoor ventilation, and during hot weather the apartment became extremely hot. There is no air conditioning, and the single fan provided simply circulated warm air. 'We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! '

'Studio is a great place to stay in Paris! Super convenient location and on the first floor (only up one set of stairs). Check-in is super easy, and key pick-up/drop-off is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are a few things in the apartment that could use some repair (the bathroom door does not lock or fully close, and the kitchen faucet lever comes off). Great place to sleep when you want to spend the majority of time in the city.'
