Important rules
1. It is forbidden to bring your own speakers (No speakers will be tolerated, in any form, small or large) We provide you with a bluetooth sound bar inside (very loud), as well as a small portable Bluetooth speaker and 2 televisions outside, both connected to Youtube and internet. Unless we have a special agreement for an event, no big speaker outside.

2. To ensure the safety and comfort of all, we remind you that the maximum number of guests (20) must be respected at all times (indoor/outdoor). A fine can be charge for every extra guests.

3. Be respectful of the neighborhood for noise, if we receive an official complaint, we may charge you a 500$ fine and/or ask you to leave the premises. We do have a noise monitor to record any loud noise outside for an extended period of time.

4. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa.

5. You are responsible for any damages caused by your or your guests, if the damages exceed the deposit amount you will be charged directly for that amount.

6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring at M resort. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
