'The distance to Universal Studios is the only positive thing about this accomodation. Otherwise, it was not the cleanest and there was a weird smell in the room. It also looks like a motel, which we did not expect from the pictures before booking the stay.'

'Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

'Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!'

'De medewerkers bij het ontbijtbuffet zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zeer ruime keus. De kamer is prachtig, ruim en heeft een aparte douche en wc. Het uitzicht op de baai is fantastisch.'
