'Great spot in a great location! The family was very friendly, flexible, and helpful. For those of you looking to stay in a hostel/B&B type place in a safe area supported by a local family, it is a 100% recommendable.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tuna! The property and rooms were beautiful and tranquil, immaculate, and perfect for our five days in Coyoacan. Everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes and there were plenty of great coffee shops and cute places to shop on our street. Aurelio was an absolute gem and helped us navigate anywhere we wanted to go as well. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site to start our days, too.'

'We loved this little hotel; beautiful classic Mexican home, with warm staff who were always available to answer questions.'

'very novel, friendly, safe, inexpensive, while being right in the middle of the upscale neighborhood!!'

'Very impressed with the details the owner decorated his apartment with . Everything was accessible and clean . Owner was very helpful with letting me know the surrounding businesses and locations . Very nice experience. #perfectvacation'

'Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco. Very friendly staff and the room we got was amazing. The hotel needs more maintenance but overall it's a great place to stay.'

'Zielo Rentals was a home away from home. The availability and flexibility of the staff was great! Our room faced the street so it could be loud at times, but it all added to the experience. I would 100% be coming back in the near future. The proximity to the Zocalo and other key points of interest was a huge plus! There were plenty of shops around too. Overall a wonderful experience!!'

'The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...

'This is an amazing hotel, definitely a go-to place when staying in Mexico City. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is so good and the rooms are beautiful!'

Totalmente recomendable!'
