'Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! '

'Stayed here for 4 nights after traveling through India. I couldn't really find any downsides to this resort, and that doesn't happen a lot. Really nice, cosy and clean rooms, very friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your every need, nice pool, very good food at the restaurants, very good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes walk from Majorda Beach, but there is a free shuttle running every 10 minutes during the entire day, very easy. Lovely beach, nice sea breeze and you can use...

'The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy.
