'The gentleman at the desk was quick with checkin. He was friendly and welcoming, very quick to act when we requested items for our room. He was also very helpful when I had laundry issues. The lobby and hallways were very clean as was the elevator. Our room was wheelchair accessible right from the door. 'Prima hotel voor tussen stop. '

'The staff was amazing! Very helpful.'

'The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. '

'Can't say enough good things about this property. Communication with the hosts was prompt and pleasant. They accommodated us when we requested to add an extra night which we really appreciated. The location is wonderful--right in the heart of Salem with a close walk to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Salem or the North Shore.'

'Well kept property'

'Salem has been a bucket list and this property was a gem. It was far enough away from downtown that it was quite and close enough we could walk to see all of the sights. It was very clean and the host was wonderful she even stocked the pantry with some Ramen noodles and Mac and cheese which my daughter loves. All in all it was exactly what we needed and the price was great'

At the front desk, I told her what happened, and she didn't act surprise. So they obviously new, in fact, they had a roach problem. The property also refused to...
