'This hotel is very outdated and does not present itself well. Their systems are antiquated and their ability to charge the guest correctly is an issue. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid for it in advance. Their systems every day would charge me $200 to $300 on hold and at the end of the week it charged me an additional $1593. The only charges I should’ve received for this room was $528.86. I’ve been leaving messages to get my refund of $1593 but nobody at this hotel returns any phone...

'Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'

'De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. '
