Dit vernieuwde huis STR # 0350 heeft tonnen (2400 SF) en is geschikt voor maximaal 10 personen! Drie slaapkamers (Master Suite met een koning, logeerkamer met een koningin en kinderkamer met dubbele stapelbedden elk met dubbele matrassen op de bodem). Een wijd open plattegrond met 360 graden uitzicht op de bergen inclusief S Mountain. Super dicht bij het centrum, snelle WiFi, HD-flatscreen-tv met kabel in alle kamers en een kantoor met een scanner en een printer voor uw gebruik! Grote omheinde achtertuin met leuke ruimte, grill, bubbelbad, vuurplaats en buiten dineren ook. De garage is gevuld met verschillende fietsen (kinderen en volwassenen) die u tijdens uw verblijf kunt gebruiken. Dicht bij het historische centrum en de rivier de Arkansas, zodat u dicht bij alle leuke winkels en eetgelegenheden bent. FANTASTIC! We have stayed in many properties in Salida, and more than one has been managed by Wendy. The property manager for this unit (Wendy) is easily the best. Her locations are always well-stocked, clean, and everything is in good order. Moreover, she has always been quick to respond to any questions/concerns. We recommend this property and any other property that uses her as a site manager. This unit is so easy to access everything, and it is so spacious. The kids loved having a TV in every room, too. As an added bonus (or two), the office space and the outdoor patio were fantastic escapes. The owners have done a great job of providing a home that feels comfortable for their guests.Thanks for a great time.

Although we arrived In a spring snow storm, the long weekend turned out great! The snow melted in a couple of days and we were able to walk to town and enjoy the backyard with our dogs. The place was well stocked, close to town, and the fireplace was great during the snowy days!

The location is great! We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and not to far of a drive for skiing. Close to a disc golf park too! The home was clean and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after skiing!

Great for a large family

A River Runs Through has lots of beds and space for a large family. The only suggestion is to get some new pillows for some of the beds as some of them were very flat. We had a great time and it was a great home base for us, even had an office for some privacy to work.

2024 Family Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Salida! The location was perfect—just an easy 15-minute walk to the main part of town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing retreat. This rental was ideal for our family of six adults and three children, providing plenty of space to enjoy everything Salida and Monarch Mountainhad to offer.

Amazing house, close to downtown, had everything we needed

This was was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook all of our meals and also keep up with the dishes. The rooms were very spacious and we were able to a comfortably fit everyone! The backyard was a dream, a great place to hang out and the hot tub was amazing, although a little small and the clips were old and broken, hot tub was still great. I was very concerned with the clips since there was specific instructions about them but when we inspected it, they were broken, but we made sure to still secure the lid as best as we could with the 1 working clip. All of the instructions for checking in and checking out were very clear and I appreciated that very much! Thank you for having us, we enjoyed Salida very much!!

Great base camp for your outdoor adventure

We stayed here for a mountain bike event and found it to be the ideal spot. its a short ride to downtown. The house has a an amazing yard and a garage to keep our bikes safe at night. The host is fast to respond and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

good vibes in your Rental

Rafting Trip Stay

We had the BEST time at Wendy’s. We were in town for a rafting day trip and loved the house and town of salida. The backyard was perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful weather. We didn’t want to leave! If we’re ever back in Salida we’ll definitely stay at Wendy’s again!

Relaxing Gem of a place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The owners have thought of SO many thoughtful touches, to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The place is layed out comfortably and spaciously. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The art work gives you a feeling of pure vacation! The beds and pillows are comfortable! We all slept very well. The yard is well kept and very enticing. While we did not use the fireplace and hot tub this time, we will return in the winter to enjoy! The cruiser bikes to get around town were a HUGE Treat for this Mountain Biking, River Surfing, Skiing family. The location is nice because you can get away from the "downtown" and have quiet, while enjoying a nice cruising bike ride. We will be back!
