'The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again.'

'The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. '

'My partner and I stayed in the stone barn self contained unit and it was lovely. the mattress was so soft and we had more than everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. the staff were excellent and the food was great. I would definitely go again either for visiting bath or the surrounding villages, the location is beautiful. 'The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.'
