I didn’t stay here but was SO grateful they let me cancel despite my room being non-refundable. The other hotel I double booked wouldn’t. Thank You Holiday Inn! I will be choosing you in the future! 'I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the place where I had business, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice to have.
