This semi-detached cottage offers accommodation for four people with two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is a patio and lawned area to rear with garden furniture and ample off road parking. Calf House is a lovely cottage close to many attractions and is ideal all year round. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No other pets accepted at the property without prior arrangement. Dogs not to be left unattended in property.

Only four miles away is the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, which boasts a number of amenities including shops, tearooms, pubs, art galleries, sandy beaches and a pier. Within easy distance of Lingdale are Staithes, Runswick Bay, Whitby and Scarborough.
