'Very clean and modern home. Home had modern style from bathroom sinks that give you a water temp while using, to big screen TVs in living room and bed rooms.House had clean laminate floors (no carpet), bathrooms and kitchen were also very clean and modern.Home is location is perfectly placed between Arcata and Eureka for easy access to both areas sites and restaurants. There is also a very good cafe within five minutes of the home. Great Coffee and food. Also very quiet area.'

'Beautiful big house. Enough room for all the kids and a nice little back yard for our puppy. Plenty of kitchen items and essentials like coffee and filters! Dishwasher and washing machine easy to navigate. Extra toothbrush was so appreciated as one of my kids left their entire bag at home. Nice to have stores so close too since we had to run to get her new outfits for the weekend!'
