"It's a good Ibis, you know what your room will be. The restaurant on site very helpful. But the process for airport transfer is disappointing. They run the small shuttle only once every 45 min. You can only reserve your spot by claiming a token 45 min before departure. So that 6am transfer bus? You need to come down to reception at 515am. If you show up a few min early, they make it wait three minutes before the give you the token. . The drive is only 6 min to terminal 4 but somehow the bus goes a different route than Google maps suggests and stretches it to 10 min. It's a bit wild for an airport Hotel. But maybe that's just how it's done in Madrid? Plan accordingly...."

"Heel mooi ingericht, mooie kamer. Geen geluidsoverlast. De douche is slecht: onduidelijk hoe te gebruiken, hoog bad waar je uit moet stappen. Risico op vallen"

"Excellent location. Comfortable bedding, nespresso machine and daily water bottles. The rooftop is very nice, but very limited sun beds and it’s poorly maintained. The parasols were falling apart and the water spraying for cooling didn’t work. Not sure why they wouldn’t have a maintenance crew fixing stuff. Also the room was having poor maintenance: mold in the shower cabin floor corners, sealer missing partly, and grouting also falling out. In the room many stains on the carpet… for me it was missing the mark unfortunately.."
