'De hotel keten Sol heeft meerder hotel in San Andrés en Providencia, waarbij dit zeker niet de beste is. Al hoewel het schoon is, is het allemaal wat verouderd. De airconditioning liet zich niet instellen waardoor het veel te koud op de kamer was. Stopcontacten zijn moeilijk te vinden voor het opladen van telefoons e.d. Ontbijtbuffet wat prima in orde met goed eten. Vriendelijk personeel.'

'Fuimos 6 adultos con un niño en plan de familia . La estadía fue agradable . El sitio está bien mantenido y su infraestructura es buena . La calidad del suministro de energía y agua ( no potable) es excelente . La piscina es pequeña pero está en muy buen estado de comodidad y limpieza . Al frente del hotel el mar es maravilloso y se puede caretear de manera magnífica en el arrecife ( aunque no tiene playa) Sus propietarios son muy amables y siempre están atentos a la necesidad de los huéspedes ....

Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas não houve solução. A internet não funcionava durante a estadia. O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade e se repetia diariamente. O atendimento também poderia ser mais atencioso. No geral, o hotel precisa melhorar em limpeza, manutenção e qualidade de serviço.'
