'No hot water / chairs at swimming pool so old that you can’t comfortably sit on them / rude staff / made agreement to reimburse the last 3 days of our trip but now management of the hotel does not return the money corresponding to those nights , although we checked out 3 days earlier as compared to the original reservation '

'Great Property but a little over Priced for what’s offered. I paid $2,650 for 4 nights I was expecting quite a bit more. Rooms were very clean but outdated. The Staff was amazing, they were kind, very helpful and Didn’t mind going over and beyond to help. The food provided in Hotel was maybe a 6 out of 10. The Location is good but not the Beach front property shown when advertised Online. Overall me and my Family had a Great time. If I returned I’d probably stay some place else if it came...

'Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.'
